Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It is within a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Turin Caselle Airport is 17.7 km away; Turin Porta Nuova Station is 1.2 km away.
