The house

The open-plan living area has a sectional sofa, gas fireplace and 55-inch Smart TV, with a sliding door opening onto the back deck. The kitchen has stainless steel Café appliances, stone countertops and generous preparation space. The adjoining dining area has a built-in banquette, chairs and a custom wood table.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55-inch Smart TV, gas fireplace and an en suite bathroom with a stone-counter vanity and tile/glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 48-inch Smart TV and a storage window bench, with access to a shared full bathroom with a stone-counter vanity and tub/shower combination. The third sleeping area is a loft with two built-in Twin XL beds, two Twin XL trundle beds, a 48-inch Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a tile/glass shower. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. There are three full bathrooms and an additional main-level half bathroom containing a stacked LG washer and dryer.

The front deck has a hot tub and BBQ. Other facilities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and keypad self-check-in. Concierge services available to guests include fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, celebrations and baby and ski gear rentals.

The free Park City shuttle stops nearby, providing access to the slopes, downtown restaurants, galleries and shops. Guests can walk to the Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center for tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, a climbing wall and seasonal pools; these facilities are off-property.
