Indoors, there is a window-lined dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and a dryer. Linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. The home is in Sunrise Park, one mile east of downtown Palm Springs. Tahquitz Canyon is three miles west, and Indian Canyons is five miles south.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime conversation noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. A two-night minimum stay applies.
