House rules
Maximum eight guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking; electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A non-refundable, mandatory Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four and older, per person, per week, in addition to the stay cost. Published 2026 fees: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees are collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony and may change without notice. Purchase before arrival to avoid check-in delays. Amenity availability is not guaranteed. The 2027 fees are not finalized; 2026 fees are used as placeholders and may be adjusted. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
Second-floor condo with a loft and access to Sea Colony's shared private beach. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is available; additional vehicles must park off Sea Colony property.
