The fully equipped kitchen includes a blender. The dining table seats six, with two additional stools at the kitchen counter. A wraparound deck includes a screened-in porch for outdoor dining. The main-level primary suite has an en suite bathroom with an oversized jetted soaking tub and a separate shower. A hair dryer is provided. Two bedrooms each have one queen bed, and two bedrooms each have two twin beds. The loft has a desk workspace. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and an iron are provided. Washer and dryer facilities are listed in a common space, and grab rails are provided for the shower and toilet. Shared Sea Colony facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a charcoal grill, a private beach, a sauna, a tennis court, fitness centers and seasonal community shuffleboard.
