Smoking is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to 21 years are not accepted. Charging electric cars at the property is not allowed; a charging box is available on request for an additional cost. Final cleaning is not included and guests clean the house themselves. A refundable security deposit is pre-authorized on arrival. Bed linen and towels are optional paid services. A baby high chair and crib are available.
