The studio was designed by an interior architect and has a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains and a generously sized wardrobe. Professional cleaning, towels and 24/7 guest support are provided.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, cookware, dishes and utensils. A compact dining table seats two and can also be used for work. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, mirror and storage; the separate toilet has a Japanese bidet system. Hot water, shampoo and a smoke detector are provided. The home is on a single level.

The surrounding neighborhood includes Marché d’Aligre, cafés, bakeries, independent boutiques, galleries and the Viaduc des Arts. The nearby Bastille area has bars, bistros and live music venues. Metro, bus and rail connections serve the area, and dedicated bike lanes support cycling.
