The house

The apartment accommodates seven guests and retains original furniture and a retro atmosphere. A corridor connects the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. The building contains other accommodations and has no elevator.

The kitchen has a sink and stove set into two cabinets and a breakfast bar with stools rather than a kitchen table. Equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, fridge, freezer and toaster. The living room has a single sofa bed, a double sofa bed, a TV, a library and a dining table.

The first bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk. The second has a queen-size bed, a clothes rack and a desk, with direct access to a laundry room containing a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. An iron is available.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available, with desks in both bedrooms for remote work. Guests have access to outdoor parking outside the property. A cot and high chair are available on request for €35 per stay, per item.

The apartment is in a quiet area close to greenery and the city center, suitable for exploring Turin on foot. Turin Caselle Airport is less than 20 km away, and Turin Porta Nuova station is approximately 2.5 km away. Renovation and painting work at the neighboring building may cause daytime noise.
