House rules
Smoking is prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 25 are not accepted. Pets are allowed. An apartment on the upper floor is occupied permanently by one person and has a separate side entrance. A refundable security deposit is reserved on arrival and released within one week after departure if the house passes inspection.
Getting there
Nösnäs beach is about 2.3 km away; the sea is about 1.5 km from the house. Stenungs Torg is a few minutes away. The property has three parking spaces. Charging electric cars is not allowed.
