The house

The bright apartment accommodates up to six guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The second has a bunk bed with two 140 × 200 cm double sleeping tiers. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette grill and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine, hairdryer and iron are also available. The 55 m² tree-shaded terrace offers space for outdoor dining and relaxing.

A public parking lot next to the apartment is free throughout the year. Beaches are 100 and 400 metres away on foot; the farther beach has wheelchair access. A boules court is across the street and a skate park is 1 km away. Grocery stores, a twice-weekly market and six or seven restaurants within 200 metres are within walking distance.

Croisette School and Reine Astrid bus stops are respectively three and four minutes away on foot. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car or public transport.
