House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; guaranteed early arrival or late departure requires booking the preceding or following night respectively, if available. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Return of recovered belongings to an address within Australia is subject to postage and service fees, and retrieval is not guaranteed. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in is subject to conditions. Bookings include Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
Getting there
Royal Darwin Hospital is a two-minute drive away. Darwin International Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Darwin CBD and Waterfront Precinct are approximately 20 minutes away by car. Nearby public transport serves Casuarina and Darwin CBD.
