House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. The home is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Parties or events can result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Clean the BBQ before departure; a fee may be imposed if it is left unclean. Respect locked doors, which secure belongings.
Getting there
Bedrooms occupy the second and third levels. Garage parking accommodates two cars. The home is accessible via rideshare and public transport.
