The kitchen includes cooking essentials, cookware, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, stove, oven and microwave. Laundry facilities include a combined washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes line. There are two bathrooms and one bathtub, and hot water and a smoke detector are provided.

The master bedroom is on the third level and has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, private living area with a TV and sofa, and a desk with a chair. The other two bedrooms are on the second level, each with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and central heating/cooling.

Guests have access to the entire home except locked areas containing belongings. East Perth offers access to the Perth CBD, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Rideshare and public transport are available.
