Guests have access to the entire home. The bright living room has high ceilings, a large bay window and a sofa. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area opens through patio doors onto the private south-facing courtyard garden.

The principal bedroom has a super king bed with an Emma memory foam mattress and generous storage. The second room serves as a bedroom, office or nursery, with a memory foam double sofa bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror, sit/stand desk, ergonomic chair and dual monitors. There is one family bathroom with a full-size bath and shower, plus a separate downstairs WC.

Family equipment includes a travel cot, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, baby monitor, changing table, children’s dinnerware, non-slip bath mat and stair gates. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels, professional cleaning and 24/7 guest support are provided. Hot water and shampoo are available.

The north-facing living room stays naturally cooler in warmer months, and two portable fans are provided. Central heating is controlled by a Nest smart thermostat. The home is prepared for both short and longer stays.

Bellenden Road’s independent cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops are nearby, and Peckham Rye Park is within walking distance. Peckham Rye Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras International.
