What other amenities are included?
The villa also includes a patio or balcony, TV, Sonos sound system, gas fireplace, and ceiling fans. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ grill, hot tub, sun loungers, and a firepit with seating for 16.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.
How does check-in work, and what assistance is available?
Check-in is fully automated. Wynwood House offers assistance through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Wynwood House also offers a chauffeur service that can be requested by the day, by the hour, or for a specific pickup.
What are the cancellation and deposit conditions?
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival; after that, payments are non-refundable. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter bookings are non-refundable. A security deposit is required and is fully refunded if no damage is reported.
