The apartment has a furnished living area with a sofa and dining table, and a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Dishwasher products and basic cooking and shower supplies are provided for the first days.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, linens, wardrobe storage and blackout blinds. The living room has a double sofa bed. Towels are provided, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. A crib, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector and first aid kit are available.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Heaters and fans are provided. Noise from neighbouring apartments may be audible. The water heater has limited capacity and needs time to reheat after the hot water runs out.

Santa Justa Elevator is 50 metres away. The elevators toward Santa Cruz do Castelo are five minutes away, and Praça do Comércio is two minutes away. Shops, restaurants, cafés and cultural attractions are nearby; Baixa-Chiado metro station serves the area.

All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities. Keys are collected from a lockbox and must be returned to the same lockbox at checkout. A €50 fee applies for lockouts or failure to return keys; losing a set of keys incurs an €80 fee. Using more than two high-wattage appliances simultaneously may trip the electricity; a €40 charge applies if electricity trips due to overuse. Turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving. A city tax may apply, is excluded from the booking price, and is collected before check-in on a per-person, per-night basis according to local regulations. Supplies are provided only for the first days.
