House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact the host to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available for hire. Late check-out is available. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
Getting there
Access to the upper-floor apartment is by stairs only. No parking is available. Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway District line stations are within walking distance.
