This 85-square-metre apartment occupies the upper levels of a period building. Large sash windows bring natural light into the living space and overlook treetops and the street. The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a large dining table, comfortable seating and a wide-screen TV. The roof terrace has panoramic views over South West London.

Each bedroom has a double bed, its own en-suite bathroom and built-in storage. A sofa bed is also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware. A washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board are provided. Other facilities include heating, hot water, a hair dryer, towels, bed linen and toiletries. Fans are available on request. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations on the District line are within walking distance, with connections to central London. New King's Road cafés, King's Road boutiques, parks and gardens are nearby, and multiple bus routes serve West London.

Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
