On the top level, a two-sided wood fireplace separates the living and dining areas. The kitchen has countertop seating and a separate sitting area/sunroom, with open decks and outdoor seating nearby. A half bathroom is also on this level. The middle level has three ensuite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. One king ensuite has deck access. The game room includes a pool table, entertainment center and kitchenette/wet bar, and opens to a covered porch. The lower level has a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combination and an exit to the carport. The fenced backyard contains a private outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, picnic table and gas grill. Additional facilities include an outdoor shower, second refrigerator, streaming TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Corolla Light community facilities include outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, a fitness center, recreation center, tennis and pickleball courts, indoor courts, basketball, horseshoes and shuffleboard. Seasonal trolley service and planned activities are available. The oceanfront clubhouse and its community pools are a short walk away.
