House rules
No pets. No smoking. Sunday check-in and checkout. Documentation is required for golf-cart use. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is oceanside in gated Buck Island. Buck Island Beach Access is minutes away. Corolla's center, Timbuck II, Monterey Plaza, dining and grocery shopping are a short walk away. The loft is reached by a short flight of stairs. Parking is limited to six vehicles. Documentation is required to use the golf cart.
