The ground floor has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and trundle, and two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. Four middle-floor ensuite bedrooms—one king and three queens—each have a standing shower and deck access. The private den has a daybed, trundle, private bathroom with standing shower, and deck access. The top-floor king ensuite has a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access. A half bathroom is on Level 2.5. The top-floor great room has a gas fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two dishwashers. A short flight of stairs leads to a loft with a bar and wine cooler. The ground-floor recreation room has a pool table and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. The laundry room has double washer/dryer facilities. An elevator assists with transporting groceries to the third-floor kitchen. A top-floor sun deck and second-floor wrap-around covered deck overlook the private outdoor pool. There is also a hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided, along with an iron and ironing board. Entertainment includes Wi-Fi, cable TV and multiple TVs/DVDs.
