House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Sunday check-in and Sunday check-out. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps after the arrival starter supplies are used.
Getting there
The driveway has an incline. Beach access is via Osprey Beach Access. The home is oceanside, east of NC 12. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
