# Southern Bell Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, with two king beds, two queen beds and two twin beds. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a recreation room with a full-sized refrigerator, and laundry. Level 2 has a king ensuite with a shower/tub combination and deck access, a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, shower/tub combination and deck access, a twin bedroom with two beds and deck access, and a den. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access, plus a half bathroom, great room with gas fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes a pool table, foosball, an elliptical machine, cable TV and multiple TVs/DVDs. The home has two refrigerators, municipal water, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. A Welcome Program starter kit provides initial paper products, soaps and a trash bag; guests supply additional consumables for their stay. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
