The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and combines polished timber floors, concrete ceilings, velvet textures and artwork. The living area has a sofa and media setup and opens onto a full-length balcony with two seating zones, also accessible directly from the primary bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a microwave, a Nespresso machine and a dining nook. A dedicated workspace sits by the window. Both bedrooms have queen beds, linens and built-in wardrobes. The primary bedroom has an ensuite and direct balcony access; the second bedroom has a private TV. Both bathrooms have black mosaic tiling and contemporary fixtures, and the main bathroom includes a deep bathtub. A European laundry contains a washer-dryer combination. Central air conditioning and heating are provided.

Shared building facilities include an indoor lap pool, gym, steam room and rooftop terrace with skyline views and a BBQ area. Bring your own pool towel. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a private entrance; smoke detection and security cameras are listed among the safety facilities.

The Arts Centre, NGV and Yarra River promenade are nearby. The nearest tram stop is a two-minute walk away, with connections to Melbourne’s CBD, Federation Square and the laneways. There is no on-site parking, and street parking has time restrictions.
