The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. If the property is not rebooked, guests may retain their original stay provided payments meet the agreed schedule and written notice is given at least 72 hours before arrival. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
