The living room includes a fireplace, and the kitchen has an island with prep space and seating. An additional oven is available in the basement for larger parties. A dedicated work-from-home space, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer are provided. Outdoor facilities include a private gunite pool, patio, gas barbecue, outdoor dining table, fire pit and outdoor shower. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Free parking is available. All four bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house. If a cancellation is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If the property is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided payments are current and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
