# Southampton Village Elegance Southampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 6,500-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and seven full ensuite bathrooms plus a half bathroom, including staff quarters. One king bedroom is on the main floor; two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a twin bedroom are on the second floor; two queen bedrooms are on the lower level. All seven bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms 1–3 have streaming TVs; bedrooms 1–2 have walk-in closets and the remaining bedrooms have standard closets. Indoor facilities include a home office, library, usable fireplace, heating, fully equipped gym and tiled steam room. Gym equipment includes an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, weight-training equipment and yoga mat. There is a ping-pong table, Sonos speaker system and televisions in the living room, media room and gym. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker, coffee equipment, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. Linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron, washer and dryer are provided. Mature trees surround the landscaped acre and large fenced yard. Outdoor facilities include a heated private saltwater pool with speakers, spacious covered poolside patio, roofed cabana, balcony, outdoor furniture, gas grill, gas fire pit and hot/cold outdoor shower. Equipment includes five beach chairs, a beach umbrella, four lounge chairs, two adult bicycles, two children's bicycles and a kayak. Baby proofing is available if needed. Town and the library are within walking distance, and the beach is a bike ride away. Coopers Beach is nearby. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $105.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Inquire before booking about pool availability outside Memorial Day to Labor Day and about outdoor furniture and equipment outside that season. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may retain use of their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection covers up to $25,000, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
