The house

The approximately 2,100-square-foot house has a beamed eat-in kitchen beside a dining room overlooking the trellised patio, plus a living area with a large sectional couch. Central air conditioning serves the home. Two primary bedrooms each have a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom; two further queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee pot and a Nespresso machine. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, an iron and ironing board, and Bluetooth and Sonos speakers. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, a fenced backyard, a gas grill, patio furniture, six lounge chairs, ten beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The pool itself is not fenced. The center of Southampton Art Village is a couple of blocks away on foot, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
