Sliding doors connect the living area to the back deck. The kitchen has appliances, a microwave and an island with bar seating beside the dining area. A finished lower-level movie den has a sofa, a large-screen TV and sliding doors leading to the pool. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a closet; Bedroom 2 also has a TV. There is a main-floor bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a lower-level powder room. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. The landscaped backyard is fenced, while the private heated pool is not fenced. The deck has outdoor dining for six, a gas barbecue and lounge seating; chaise loungers surround the pool. Other facilities include central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and fitness equipment. Ample parking is available on a peaceful street. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The owner may show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the dates; reopening is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued once the replacement reservation is paid in full. If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest may still use them if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts over $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire.
