# Southampton Serenity Southampton, United States (general area) ## About the house The renovated home has vaulted ceilings, updated floors, furniture and bathrooms, and an open kitchen and dining room with a working fireplace and seating for the group. Four bedrooms are on the main floor and two are on the lower level. There are four full bathrooms: three on the main floor, including the primary bedroom's ensuite, and one on the lower level. Two main-floor bathrooms have showers and another has a shower/tub combination. Bedrooms 1–5 have streaming TVs. The finished walkout basement includes a large media room and a spa with a cedar sauna. A fitness room has an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. The secluded 1.5-acre backyard has a private heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private all-weather tennis and basketball court, and a large furnished wood deck with a gas grill. Outdoor features include a balcony, uncovered deck/patio, table and chairs, and four lounge chairs. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor are a short distance away. Pets require owner approval; the dog approval fee is $200 per dog per booking, and additional fees and/or a security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $250.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a cancelled reservation is reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If it is not rebooked, guests may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
