The house

Southampton Sanctuary accommodates six guests in approximately 1,700 square feet. Cathedral ceilings, tall floor-to-ceiling windows and an open living area overlook the backyard and Heady Creek. The renovated interior includes high-end furnishings, a spacious kitchen and a usable fireplace. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and streaming TV; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms.

The 1,100-square-foot mahogany deck has outdoor living and dining space, patio furniture and a gas barbecue. Outdoor facilities include a balcony and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Three bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. The backyard is not fenced.

Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, hot water, a refrigerator, pots and pans, a main-living-room television and Smart TV. The house has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and driveway parking for six cars. There is no pool.

Restaurants, shops and cafes are nearby in Southampton Village. Town is a 10-minute bicycle ride away, and the beach is a five-minute drive away. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
