The house

The home has an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, a fireplace and glass doors opening onto the deck. The kitchen includes modern appliances, a microwave, pots, pans and a spacious island. A private office sits off the kitchen, and a separate TV room has a sectional sofa and projector screen. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside, the private heated and fenced pool is surrounded by a sundeck and chaise loungers. A covered lounge has a sofa, chairs and a fire pit table. There is an outdoor dining table, gas grill, enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower, lawn, private basketball court and free parking. The backyard itself is not fenced.

All four bedrooms have private full ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The first-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV, standard closet and balcony/deck. Upstairs, the bunk bedroom has one bunk bed and a standard closet; the primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck; and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed and standard closet. The first-floor and primary ensuites each have a shower and tub, the bunk-room ensuite has a shower/tub combination, and the remaining guest ensuite has a shower.

The home is close to Southampton town, restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach.
