The kitchen includes modern appliances, a microwave, pots, pans and a spacious island. A private office sits off the kitchen, and a separate TV room has a sectional sofa and projector screen. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Outside, the private heated and fenced pool is surrounded by a sundeck and chaise loungers. A covered lounge has a sofa, chairs and a fire pit table. There is an outdoor dining table, gas grill, enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower, lawn, private basketball court and free parking. The backyard itself is not fenced. All four bedrooms have private full ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The first-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV, standard closet and balcony/deck. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If no new reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
