The house

The home is situated on a private block in Southampton, between Southampton, Sag Harbor and Water Mill. Its open-plan living spaces include a usable fireplace, multiple dining areas and a sunroom. A finished lower level provides additional relaxation space, and there is a dedicated work-from-home area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. Outside, a patio has a large dining table and several seating areas, alongside a spacious yard and children's jungle gym. Free parking is available.

The main floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and standard closet, plus a second bedroom with two twin beds and a standard closet. The lower level has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms: the primary ensuite with a shower, a second main-floor bathroom with a shower and tub, and a lower-level bathroom with a shower.

Southampton and Hampton Bays villages are a short drive away, with restaurants, shops and art galleries in the surrounding area. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. Outdoor furniture and equipment may be seasonal. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.
