The house

The two-story home has walls of windows overlooking the pool and gardens. The ground floor includes a large open kitchen with counter seating, a breakfast table in the gallery, a sun porch with a built-in desk, a formal dining room and a piano. A lower-level media room has a bar.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor and have TVs and DVRs. Each bedroom has one queen bed. The primary suite includes a sitting room and a deck with partial water views. An additional lower-level sleeping area has one twin/single bed. There are three full bathrooms.

Outside are a Japanese garden, a private heated pool, a hot tub and three decks, including one with a grill and dining table. Indoor and outdoor speakers, lounge chairs and patio furniture are available. The home also has a usable fireplace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware and cookware.

The home is just off Montauk Highway, two miles north of Southampton Village, with access to Shinnecock and Southampton golf courses. Stony Brook Southampton College and Marine Explorers Summer Day Camp are within walking distance. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
