Large sliding glass doors open onto the deck. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave, cookware and dishes. Air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. The landscaped, fenced-in backyard has a private heated pool, a sundeck with chaise loungers, outdoor seating, a dining table, an outdoor sofa and a gas barbecue. Off-street parking is available. All bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning and streaming TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a closet, direct backyard access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during a stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit.
