The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms and has three full bathrooms with showers. The living room connects to the dining area. Large windows bring natural light into the living spaces, which include comfortable seating, a Sonos sound system and a television. Central air conditioning, heating, a usable wood-burning fireplace, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.
Two bedrooms are on the second floor, each with one double/full bed. One has a full ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. The main-floor bedroom has one queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets. The remaining full bathroom is on the second floor.
Outdoor facilities include a fully fenced yard, deck/patio, outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a fire pit. Beach chairs and a kayak/canoe are also provided. There is no pool or hot tub.
Southampton restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, golf courses and ocean beaches are nearby. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
