House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is 16; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Any proposed events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog of 40 lbs or less is permitted for $300.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $160.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; requested additional cleanings are at guests' expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to seek owner approval to reopen and rebook the original dates. If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price and payment is collected in full, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount will be issued. If no new reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500.

Getting there

The home is not handicap accessible. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. There is no direct beach access.
