The house

The home sits on a quiet street close to Southampton town, beaches and restaurants. Its traditional layout includes a formal living room with a fireplace and French doors opening to the pool, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cookware and an island with seating. A finished basement contains a gym, sauna, lounge, pool table and ping-pong table. A work-from-home space, Wi-Fi, heating, washer and dryer are available.

Outside are a private heated pool, a sun deck with loungers, a landscaped fenced yard, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, several sitting areas, a fire pit and an outdoor shower with hot water. The home also has a patio, balcony and free parking. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, cable and streaming TV, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, cable TV and a standard closet. On the main floor, one bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, cable TV and a standard closet; the other has a king bed, air conditioning and a TV. A second upstairs bathroom has a shower and tub, and the main-floor bathroom has a shower.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
