Its traditional layout includes a formal living room with a fireplace and French doors opening to the pool, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cookware and an island with seating. A finished basement contains a gym, sauna, lounge, pool table and ping-pong table. A work-from-home space, Wi-Fi, heating, washer and dryer are available. Outside are a private heated pool, a sun deck with loungers, a landscaped fenced yard, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, several sitting areas, a fire pit and an outdoor shower with hot water. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of eight are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Event-related reservations, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 30 lbs or less is permitted; other pets or dogs outside these limits require express approval. Utility fees are included in the rental amount, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, Marquis will make best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates, subject to the owner's decision. If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has damage protection up to $25,000, with coverage details in the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule showings during reasonable daytime hours.
