House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line is prohibited. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable. Daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Getting there
The home is just south of downtown Palm Springs. Tahquitz Canyon is one mile west, and Koffi South Palm Springs is within walking access.
