Fully renovated in 2021, the home has two family rooms, each with a large smart TV and AppleTV device, a separate dining room, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with additional dining space. The fully enclosed landscaped backyard includes a lawn, poolside loungers, and a covered patio with outdoor dining and a gas grill. Garage fitness equipment includes a bench, barbell, dumbbells, plates and a power tower, with a secondary roll-up door for fresh air. Linens, towels, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board are provided.

The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Ironwood Park, walking paths and hiking trails are within walking distance. Ironwood Country Club, Stone Eagle Golf Club and the El Paseo shopping district are nearby. The home has easy access to Highway 74.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Up to one pet is welcome; share pet details with the management team.
