House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Use is restricted to private residential stays and the guests recorded on the booking unless previously agreed otherwise. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of any changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May through October.
Getting there
The house overlooks Shelley Beach and has beach access. Central Lorne is a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute ocean walk away. Parking is on street only.
