The home has open-plan living, a spacious ocean-view balcony, a separate media room and gardens at the front and rear. The furnished bedrooms have a retro beach style, and the art deco bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. Linen is provided.
The Scandinavian-style kitchen has Bosch appliances, cookware, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. The living area includes an indoor fireplace and dining table; outdoor seating and a Weber barbecue are also available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Entertainment includes a 50-inch TV, a full Foxtel package covering sport, movies and children's channels, and a PlayStation. Free NBN-connected Wi-Fi is available. The media room can also serve as an additional sleeping space, with its couch usable as two singles. Maximum occupancy remains six guests.
