House rules

The source discloses an exterior security camera. All guests must provide government-issued ID before check-in. No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana or open flames. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Smoking or fire violations incur a USD 200 charge per reservation day. Unauthorized guests above capacity incur USD 50 per person per night and may lead to removal without refund. Unauthorized checkout after 11 am incurs USD 50. Pets are not allowed. Stays longer than 30 days require a lease and background check; stays of at least 30 days require a paid mid-stay cleaning on day 15, charged against the security deposit. Excessive cleaning costs extra. No-shows are non-refundable. Food and package deliveries must be collected outside the building or gates. Local guests and guests under 23 must notify the host before booking. Returning forgotten items costs USD 50 plus postage.

Getting there

The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has no elevator. Thin walls may allow street, restaurant and neighbor noise to be heard. SOB Restaurant is directly below and operates 11 am–9 pm, until 10 pm on weekends. One dedicated parking space is available. Beale Street is a six-minute walk away; the National Civil Rights Museum and Orpheum Theater are eight-minute walks away; FedEx Forum is a ten-minute walk away. Overton Square and Cooper-Young District are each a ten-minute drive away. Uber and Lyft, Explore Bike Share stations and rentable e-scooters are available in the neighborhood.
