House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The home has multiple floors and half landings, with a raised mezzanine sleeping space. The mezzanine bed is a mattress only. The back of the mews overlooks a school, so children may be heard at playtime. Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, the V&A and the Science Museum are within walking distance; Harrods can be reached on a stroll through Knightsbridge.
