House rules
Maximum 10 guests. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking; an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
Getting there
Bethany Beach, water parks and local attractions are a short drive away. A nearby fishing pond is a short stroll away. Driveway parking accommodates two vehicles, with unlimited street parking also available.
