House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. Booking payments are due as follows: 15% when booking 61 or more days before arrival, 50% when booking 31–60 days before arrival, and 100% when booking within 30 days of arrival. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded less a $175 cancellation fee plus tax. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Getting there
The beach is steps away. Tybee Island Pier & Pavilion, beach bars, restaurants, cafés and shops are accessible on foot.
