## About the house

South Beach Ocean E9 accommodates up to eight guests. A large covered deck has ocean and beach views, seating and a porch swing. The open-plan interior connects the kitchen, dining area and living room with cable TV and coastal décor.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils, plus an island with countertop seating. The three bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed and queen-over-queen bunk beds respectively. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the streetside deck. Linens and bath towels are provided; other facilities include a jetted tub, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, heating and air conditioning.

Free wireless internet and free parking are available. The building has a shared elevator. The condo has a private entrance and keyless self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher; security cameras are present in common areas.

The beach is steps away, and Tybee Island Pier & Pavilion is accessible on foot. Beach bars, seafood restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance.

Booking payments are due as follows: 15% when booking 61 or more days before arrival, 50% when booking 31–60 days before arrival, and 100% when booking within 30 days of arrival. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded less a $175 cancellation fee plus tax. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
