House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits; pet-policy violations may result in termination of the tenancy. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Guests must provide supplies beyond the Welcome Program starter quantities. Community tennis is available for a fee.
Getting there
The beach is a short, shaded walk away, with beach access at Oyster Catcher Lane. The home fronts the sound and has a private pier. Parking is limited to four vehicles.
